Before you hand over the family history…

Will I get my original tapes and photos back?

Absolutely. Your original media is always returned with your finished project.

How will my digital files be delivered?

Digital delivery is included. Depending on project size and preference, files can also be placed on a USB drive.

Can you improve old or damaged footage?

Often, yes. HD enhancement, stabilization, color correction, and audio cleanup are available. Results depend on the condition and quality of the original recording.

Do I need to organize everything first?

No. Don’t organize it—just bring it. Give us a rough estimate of what you have, even if it is a mixed collection in boxes or totes. We will inspect it and confirm the scope and final price before production begins. We do not identify, date, or label individual photographs.

Do you work with organizations and large archives?

Yes. We welcome large family archives, batch projects, and referral relationships with funeral homes, senior living communities, estate-sale companies, historical groups, museums, and similar organizations. For substantial projects, we can often arrange a custom pickup rather than waiting for the next scheduled route.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when your project is complete. If you choose return delivery, payment must be completed before we bring back your originals and finished files.

Is pickup and delivery free?

Free pickup and return delivery are available within our service area for projects estimated at $100 or more. Smaller projects may be dropped off and picked up, and paid pickup or delivery may be available depending on location. We will confirm the options with your quote.
